Details: The candidate will be reporting directly to the Board of Directors. He/She should have the ability and willingness to assume managerial responsibilities as allocated. The ability to create, lead and build effective teams. Taking a lead role in the marketing and promotion of educational programs to local and overseas. Commitment to educational quality in the context of the operation of a franchise. Candidate should have recognized teaching qualifications. Experience in running similar organization is an advantage.
Qualifications: A recognised Bachelor Degree, M.A. in TESOL is an advantage. At least two years equivalent full-time experience in
administration of teaching programs. Five years equivalent full-time teaching experience in
English Language programs (TESOL/EFL): Sound experience in the area of IELTS and TOEFL preparation;
A mature understanding of the problems encountered by
language students, and a demonstrated ability to provide
the support they require; Sensitivity to multicultural issues in a teaching and
working environment;
Compensation: Package: Two years contract renewable by mutual agreement. Flights to Oman and return at beginning and end of contract, plus one return flight home for annual leave. 15 days gratuity per year (paid at end of employment. period, as long as first contract is completed). Tax Free salary of around R.O 1250-1300 per month (about
US$( 3230 - 3400)
Free Furnished Accommodation. Water and electricity monthly
bills Up to 30 R.O are paid by the company
30 days paid annual leave (30 calendar days)
Use of a company car . Petrol is paid by the company.
