Relevant graduate qualifications in business administration, and/or accounting;( CPA, CA, CMA, CFMA ) • Minimum five years experience in a Finance and & related function; Experience in Investment Company or construction is desireable but not essential • Strong analytical and communication skills; • Ability to maintain momentum on projects • Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision; • Ability to supervise the work of others and deliver training; • Sound judgment; • Good teamwork, Self-motivated and Enthusiastic; • Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English is desireable but not essential • Understanding of financial reporting requirements in a commercial environment; • Professional approach for financial reporting; • Good understanding of management and statutory financial reporting requirements; • Ability to make a key contribution to the analysis of financial reports; • Understanding of external developments that impact on the business; • Knowledge of the reporting tools used to create financial reports; • Ability to provide sound technical advice to business managers; • Ability to complete tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures; • Ability to plan and prioritize a variety of financial reporting tasks; and • IT literate with experience of working with computerized finance systems.
