The purpose of the job is to ensure consistently high levels of customer service to all British Council clients and customers. To work towards customer service excellence across the UAE as part of the UAE Customer Services Management Team.
Please note that the monthly salary for this post is AED 10,099 (Basic AED 7,400 + Housing allowance AED 3,500).
