Personal Assistant For CEO - Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

Description: Position: Personal Assistant
Report to: Executive Vice Chairman of the Group
Sectors: Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Investments
Location: Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates
Travel: 70 % - 80% (Local + International)
Annual Salary: $ 36,000 to $ 80,000 Tax free + Competitive Benefits

Primary Objective:
Assist the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of the Group.

Responsibilities:
• Management of the CEO’s diary and appointments
• Assist CEO to manage task, workflows and office deadlines
• Filter all communications, discuss with CEO, Draft responses and carry out follow-ups
• Arrangement of executive meetings and taking minutes
• Maintain all correspondences and files properly
• Manage travel arrangements, including hotels, Visas, Tickets, Transportations etc
• Accompany the CEO in All meetings
• Undertake other tasks and duties as requested by the CEO

Requirements:
• Graduate from a prestigious University
• 3 - 4 years post qualification experience
• Advanced level user of MS Office specially Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Apple Mac
• Fluent in English and French
• Workable / knowledge of Portuguese, Arabic & Urdu/Hindi as an added point
• Female, Age 22 – 50 years
• Western Nationalities preferred
