PURPOSE: Support the Human Recourses Manager (HRM) in various activities and initiatives to be carried out. Effectively support existing and new HR initiatives. Assist HRM in all staff and management communication (presentation, HR circulars, and official explanations). Maintain a strong connection, through clear multi-level communication, between Dana Gas staff at all levels. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and administer an effective recruitment program. 2. Prepare, recommend, and maintain records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data. 3. Proposes, publishes, and administers HR Policies and Procedures. 4. Conducts salary surveys. 5. Administer classification programs, which include classifying and reclassifying positions, and writing job descriptions. 6. Process all new employees’ formalities and all change-of-status forms. 7. Maintain permanent personnel records. 8. Conduct orientation programs for new joiners. 9. Responsible for labor and government relations. 10. Monitor performance appraisal programs. 11. Monitor and understand company stock option plan. 12. Monitor and update the HR payroll system.
Profile Education and Work Experience: 1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 2. 7-10 years' general experience in the HR field; 3.English - Fluent – written & verbal. Arabic speaking is an added advantage. 4. Understand accounts 5. Strong knowledge of general HR 6. Good Administration background 7. Fully competent in all computer skills 8. Possess great attention to details 9. Self starter and action oriented 10. Excellent team/networking skills is essential 11. Diplomacy & confidentiality paramount Knowledge and Skills: 1. General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration. 2. Knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of personnel management. 3. Knowledge of the organizations and operations of administrative programs. 4. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees, and the general public. 5. Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
