To review the L/C application and contact the applicant in case of need. To review LC terms and conditions prior to issuance for proper construction. Report any suspicious case to the supervisor that may lead to fraud or encourage it to happen. Deal directly with customers concerning expired L/C’s, amendments and cancellation. Follow-up to have the insurance policy from the client, otherwise, to arrange insurance and debit customer’s account for respective charges. To prepare reports requested by customers/branches and regional/head office on demand. Arrange dispatch of relative advices at proper time. Work closely with CSR in serving customer portfolio. To follow-up with customers all inquiries from correspondent banks. Feed the acknowledgment of the correspondent banks in system. Follow-up the relative L/C’s reports on System and prepare on demand periodical reports. Generate instruments and advise correspondents. Deal with queries and correspondence from correspondent and other third parties, liaising with CSR where necessary. Monitor and follow-up on transaction status. Responsibility for the day-to-day servicing requirements of a portfolio of clients. Resolve customers’ complaints and problems. To work in line with SLA. Verify signatures in all applications or requests for amendments. To handle additional 25% of portfolio in case a member of staff is on leave. Any other job assigned by supervisor/ Manager TFC.

Profile Knowledge: Knowledge and familiarity with all types of TFC products. Able to complete transaction accurately and efficiently. Able to read detailed technical documents in English. Good familiarity of international rules (UCP, ISP, URR, ISBP and URC).
Skills: Able to read detailed technical documents in English and Arabic. Computer skills. Ability to listen effectively and identify issues and notify supervisors on timely basis. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer services skills. Good communication skills.
Language: Arabic.
