1. Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the resources of the department. 2. Should be fully familiar with Refrigeration, air conditioning, DG sets, Air compressors. 3. Implements measures and innovations to improve productivity 4. Ensure the availability of spare parts 5. Review and evaluates present equipment and process 6. Recommend measures and innovations to improve productivity 7. Optimizes use of materials and reduce operating cost. 8. Reduction of machine breakdown. 9. Increase in line output / machine efficiency. 10. Ensure safety oirf equipment and plant personnel 11. Ensure adherence to guidelines, procedure, rules, regulations and policies. 12. Identifying training needs 13. Motivate personnel to achieve excellence on their job performance.

Profile Diploma - Electrical Min 5 yrs of experience in Utilities for FMCG or any production unit. Excellent knowledge of refrigeration and Air conditioning, Air compressors and DG sets. Good communication and leader skill.
