MOCCC/BC: Manager of Customer Care Call Centre, Qatar Our client, a leading commercial bank is looking for Call Centre manager to join its dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate has to oversee the provision of ‘round-the-clock’ call centre services to its customers. Responsibilities: • Direct supervision over the Call Centre Administrator and Team Leaders. • Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors. • Develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve all volume, revenue and profit targets. • Lead the selection and subsequent deployment/roll out of the call recording system in conjunction with the vendor and Group IT personnel. Requirements: • At least 3 years in a managerial position in a major banking institution in the GCC. • University degree in Business Administration or related field. • Fluent in Arabic and English.
