To Plan, develop and coordinate implementation of Business plans to achieve organizational Growth and Key thrust Areas along with the business plan. Provide strategic support and lead the entire organization and create a Profit and growth psychology and mind sets.

Major Role and Responsibility:
The strategic initiatives of Developing & Implementing the existing project and Business Activities. Provide strategic support and inputs to initiate and develop the various new Business Development opportunities. Taking the Project / Business from a concept to profitable execution. Profit and Loss for the company ( Unit ) i.e., Maximizing the utilization and profitability. To increase over all market share of the activities / business of the company / SBU. To improve & achieve overall efficiency of the organization.
People Management.
New customer and New Market.
Marketing Strategies , i.e., segmentation.

Profile Candidate Possess an Engineering degree with an MBA and with a minimum of 25- years of experience preferably in the Industrial Services (Oil and Gas, Power, Petrochemicals) and must be holding same kind of or a similar position.
Experience 22 - 30+ years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil , Mechanical ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
Nationality American (US), British (UK), Malaysian, Singaporean
