QA/QC Manager - Mechanical-Alghanim International-Al Kuwait - Kuwait

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Technical supervision & Quality control of all constructional activities. 2. Provide Functional Guidance to QA/QC resources 3. Developing corporate QA/QC procedures for construction and other activities, obtaining corporate approval, and disseminating same. 4. Ensuring adequate resources are deployed to effectively oversee Quality issues at the sites by benchmarking staffing levels versus work load and by evaluating results 5. Providing feedback to Project Management and other Senior Managers as to emerging QA/QC issues that need to be addressed early to prevent issues from becoming more severe. 6. Preparation of Project Quality Plan and implementation as per the contract Requirements. 7. Ensure all tests and inspections are conducted in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Profile - 12 years in quality control in Oil and Gas projects. - Good command in written and verbal English. - ISO-9000 knowledge and demonstrated experience. - Knowledge and training in Welding and NDE. - Use of measuring test equipments on a routine basis.
Experience 12 - 20 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical )
