1.Core Recruitment skill sets. 2.Excellent knowledge in whole life cycle of recruitment process. 3.Screening, shortlisting potential candidates with key competencies through job sites, employee referral/job posting in websites/headhunting/cold calls. 4.Extensive knolwedge in recruitng engineering professionals(oil & gas preferred) 5.End to end recruitmnet cycle experience in overseas hiring. 6.Extensive experience in using job boards like naukri.com, job ahead etc to post requirment & search the best qualified in the market. 7.Responsiable for updating & maintaining the files, prepare report, maintain & review status. 8.Handle team for recruitment co-ordination. 9.As a part of selection process, administer technical & aptitude test. 10.Responsiable for salary negotiations & salary fitment for prospective associate. 11.Prioritizing the avaliable requirement & deciding the weekly targets. 12.Attend & participate actively in the team meeting & suggest, discuss any improvements in the recruitment procedure during the weekly targets. 13.Mobilization accountability.
