Timely and efficient pick up and delivery of materials from/ to specific locations Be present at the vehicle during the time of loading of materials Review the accuracy of materials loaded and verify details as per the delivery order Obtain signature of the dispatching employee once the materials have been loaded as per delivery order Physically load and offload materials, as per work requirements Drive safely and responsibly at all times Maintain cleanliness of vehicle by daily cleaning Comply with driving/traffic and parking rules and regulations Report any repairs and replacements Service vehicle with fuel, oil and other needs: checks fluid levels, replaces bulbs and filters, etc. and check tyre pressure Wear seat belt at all times Carry the vehicle insurance/ registration card at all times whilst driving company vehicle Ensure that vehicle is secured from loss or damage at all times Verify materials delivered to clients on site are as per delivery order Obtain signature of the customer acknowledging materials have been delivered as per delivery order Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team at all levels Assist and participate enthusiastically in all official activities

Profile Minimum High School Certificate Valid UAE driving license Incredibly customer focused (both external and internal customers), very flexible, conscientious, self motivated and take pride in work at all times Ability to complete tasks within a set timescale to an agreed standard Ability to priorities tasks against agreed criteria Fluent in spoken and written English
