Job Description: The job profile is as follows :-- • Responsible for daily operation of company IT o Reporting tasks o Keep KPIs and KQIs related to Job Position o Develop and maintain the company IT infrastructure o Responsible for the installation, modification, testing, servicing, backup of company IT infrastructure systems and equipment o Operation systems and applications support o Create and maintain documentation, maintain records on repairs, downtime, changes and updates o Coordinate and support in solving of critical and emergency situations o Analyze risks of company IT operation and ensure necessary steps to prevent them o Creation and actualization of security policy for company IT and systems o Responsible for fulfilling SLAs statements o Performs other related duties as required o Provide feedback to relevant departments o Performs other related duties as required.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Candidates should have the :-- o 3+ years of experience in IT and systems operation o Knowledge about multiplatform server HW and SW o Ability to deliver precise solutions, sense for detail, strong analytical skills, self management, flexibility, organizational skills o PC Skills (HW/SW): Windows, Unix OS o Secondary school (communication faculty). Experience 3 - 7 years. Education Basic - Bachelors in Computer Application. Nationality Any Nationality.Gender Male
