Follow-up of design progress from consultants (schedule, content & reporting) - Coordination of design from package contractors (shop drawings, calculations, material submittals in terms of time and content organization) - Interface between consultant, contractor and Operations Department - Mediation and resolution of conflicts between the company , consultants and contractors - Coordination and supervision of interfaces between architecture, MEP and civil within the company - Review of consultant packages in the light of tenders and/or design development (reporting or supervision of reporting) - Support of the operations department on issues on quality, execution, methods - Support of the commercial department on tenders - Organization and follow-up of transmittals using the document control department - Document Distribution Management and Monthly design report

Profile: - Bachelors in Civil / Architect
Experience 8 - 12 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Architecture ( Architecture ) , Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil )
