To control Inventory Management, Store visit as per schedule, Documetnation Audit, Periodical and Annual Stock taking, to train the junior staff and submit MIS reports in time for mangement decision.

Profile Suitable candidate should be a Graduate in Material Management, have thorough knowledge of handling stocks in large retail companies with minimum 3 years experience in UAE to control inventory of a very huge warehouse and a number of stores all over UAE. - Inventory Mangement - generate quantity reports, consolidation of A grade stores, to review suppliers and inform the fast/slow movement of stocks, to prepare & submit product feed back, prepare supplierwise stock report and aging reports, stock allocation for sales, promotion, event, advertisement etc., Effective Stock Control, follow-up of price revision, review of supplier's margins, price mismatch, Open Codes for sale updation, etc. - Procedure of Consolitation - All established consoli- dation procedures to be evaluation, recorded, prepare and submit zero quanity to warehouse for dispatch, cross check if the KU' is present in the stores, - Store visit as per schedule - To plan & visit all stores periodically as per policy and submit report with plan of action. - Documetnation Audit - Best practices for stock movement, Audit to be identified and implemented as per standardized checklist, visit all stores and report audit report within the stipulated time limit. - Training of Retail Staff - Identify key areas for inventory related training issues, conduct formal training, prepare pre training and post training analysis review and development - MIS - Prepare monthly MIS reports in the standard format and submit to the management on time.
