Resident Engineer, UAE

Our client, a prestigious property developer with a wide range of prestigious projects across the GCC is looking for a Resident Engineer for its high profile projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities: Staff allocation, financial management and project review.
• Liaise and report to the client or technical , contractual and financial issues.
• Lead a team of Resident Engineers, architects and contractors on all aspects of the work.
• Manage all technical and contractual aspects to ensure compliance with contractual
requirements.
• Monitor project using various software to ensure quality control and report working progress, schedule, contract and claims.

Requirements: At least 15 years experience as a Chief Resident Engineer, ideally extensive supervision experience in a property development firm in the GCC.
• University degree in Engineering, though additional certifications in relevant engineering IT software packages will be an advantage.
