Monthly Salary: (in US$) $6001 - $7000
Responsibilities: -The Resident Manager shall be responsible to achieve set objectives and targets -Responsible to formulating, implementing and monitoring strategic policies and procedures -Responsible for hotel operations including leading and developing his/her team to delivering excellent service -The manager should maintain remarkable analytical skills and organizational abilities to prioritize and delegate -Demonstrates positive leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills

Profile -The candidate must possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree -At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required -Managers specializing in Hotel Management are preferable -Previous knowledge in Fidelio/Opera is desirable but no essential -Arabic Language is preferable yet not a must
