Storekeeper - AOG - Logistics Assistant - Oman Air - Muscat - Oman

Qualifications   
    HIGHER SCHOOL DIPLOMA  CERTIFICATE
    Good knowledge of English language written/Spoken
    Good Team work, attitude and approach

Experience Required     Minimum 3 years in the Logistics Department working in the following section and dealing with Foreign Suppliers/Manufacturers and be able to respond and work on the AOG Desk requirements on a 24X7 AOG shift pattern

    Purchasing : Dealing with Supplier’s quotes and analyzing them, order processing and follow up until final material receipts and invoice processing.
    Repairs: Processing of Repair Orders ,Quote and Strip reports analyzing for Overseas Repairs and follow up until final material receipts and invoice processing.
    Warranty: Be able to follow up on warranty case by case for the parts still under warranty until finalization
    Exchanges: Dealing with Suppliers with the contractual exchange agreements and return of cores.
    Loan and Rentals: Dealing with Suppliers with the contractual Loan and Rental  agreements and return of the parts.
    Inventory: Worked in the Technical Stores dealing with materials and tools receipts, Issues and Binning
