Head– Commercial Shapoorji Palonji - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Will be responsible for the Commercial functions of all projects in a Country.
Profile: A Civil Engineer Graduate having 20- 25 years of experience in Commercial , with a strong base in QS.

Specific expertise would include Contracts Administration, Budgets, Variations & Claims, Time Extension, Arbitration, Finalization of specialized sub-contractors/vendors and their work orders, etc.

Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all concerned, Excellent Communication skills combined with a logical & analytical bent of mind, Effective in negotiations are some of the critical success factors.

Reporting to- Regional General Manager.
