Addl. General Manager– Projects - Dubai - United Arab Emirates

To monitor & execute multiple projects in one of the above locations, with total delivery/project execution responsibilities.

Exposure to dealing with International Consultants & Clients, Ability to motivate and review on-time performance of Projects & Project Managers, Assimilating scope of work & contractual obligations, and Adherence to budgets & financial will be critical success factors.

Profile: A Civil Engineering Graduate with International exposure, and expertise primarily in the Buildings & Factories space. Must have had exposure and expertise in executing sophisticated, large value, high- rise buildings, townships and industrial projects, within stringent quality and delivery parameters. Experience of about 25 years in the industry, at least half of which should have been at a senior level in the Gulf, and with a proven track record of executing international quality projects.
