Accounts Officer - Al Naba - Muscat - Oman

Job Description
Job profile

1. Checking of bills, invoices, and vouchers.
2. Booking all the bank payment in the accounting system
3. Booking of all purchase bills.
4. Creditor’s accounts reconciliation.
5. Creditors payment processing and petty cash cheque writing.
6. To follow of electricity, water, GSM & landline, rent & social insurance.
7. Record all the cash payment vouchers in the accounting package.
8. Disbursement of cash.
9. Write the manual cash register at the time of cash disbursement.
10. Follow up for IOU’S clearance with the concerned staffs and report the delay to Manager Finance.
11. Filling cash vouchers documents.
12. Forward the cash vouchers with statements to Officer Accounts for verification on daily basis.
13. Any other Job Assigned by the Seniors

Desired Candidate Profile
Bcom/ Mcom Graduate
3- 5 years in similar position
knowledge of tally, ERP
