Assist the Marketing Manager in execution of the marketing plans for
the assigned products, in line with the marketing policies and the
consumer need segment plan, in order to support in maximizing sales and
profit.
Key Accountabilities
1. Consumer insights
Assist in identifying and understanding consumer needs for the assigned products through research, to develop strong value added concepts for the products.
2. Advertising and promotion
Organize and execute advertising and promotional programs, based on consumer insights, and evaluate effectiveness of the investments to optimize expenditures.
3. Product innovation
Generate and evaluate ideas for renovation and innovation, based on consumer insights, market opportunities, competitor analysis and technological opportunities, in order to improve existing products and to launch new ones.
4. Forecasting
Assist in the development of the rolling sales forecast, on base of the demand planning for the assigned products, to ensure timely product availability.
5. KPI’s
Assist in analyzing the key KPI’s for the assigned products, in order to measure marketing effectiveness and take corrective actions when required.
6. Pricing
Assist in setting and reviewing consumer pricing, in line with the pricing strategies, to ensure optimal profits.
• Educational level: University, Bachelors
• Minimal experience: 2/3 years in marketing, experience in FMCG is an added advantage
• Languages: English, Arabic preferred
