We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Principal to join our team in September 2014.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
§ Ability to contribute to the strategic direction and lead operational effectiveness across the Academy
§ A profound understanding of what Outstanding provision looks like, and the ability to deliver at that level
§ Recent experience of impactful leadership at Secondary level
§ Good knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the National Curriculum at KS3 and KS4
§ Ability to lead and develop further a strategy for Teaching & Learning
§ Experience of managing data systems for improvement, student tracking, intervention and Assessment, Recording & Reporting.
Applicants will be fully qualified teachers with a minimum of 8 years experience in reputable schools.
The successful candidate will have clear communication skills both verbal & written, strong ICT skills and excellent time management skills. Good interpersonal skills and experience of leading a high performing team are also vital in the successful applicant.
