The IM Coordinator will provide administrative and data management support to the International Mobility activity set for BP Oman in particular, but will also support the Regional IM activities. As a member of the Oman HR Team, he/she will support the overall delivery of Oman HR Activity plan.
Key accountabilities Prepare briefing packs and induction for Expatriates; Data management – P3 (IM System) – provide monthly reports, data correction and administration; Prepare payroll instructions and assist with the Assignment Compensation Reviews (April and October; Maintain the IM Dash Board and Tracking sheets (IM Activity, Partner Assistance, Leave Travel etc.); Maintain the Assignees arrival and departure check lists; Review and check the inter-company invoicing process for approvals (provided by Finance); Maintain the IM Share Point, particularly file management and saving relevant documents for Assignees and others; Finalise the Assignee documentation based on appropriate IM policy, including preparation of the Letter of Agreement and the Host Country Schedules; Submit the HRMS forms in a timely manner for upkeep of SAP data; Support in the delivery of the wider HR agenda for BP Oman & the region, and in the absence of any HR Team member, provide cover; Administer and coordinate IM projects.
