Qualifications
Diploma in hotel and catering management.
5 years as Supervisor with knowledge of food handling, hygiene, administration, stores, documentation, accounting system.
Computer operating knowledge.
Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
Arabic or any foreign language an added advantage
Experience Required
5 years as Supervisor with knowledge of food handling, hygiene, administration, stores, documentation, accounting system.
Monitor Supervisor – Inflight Catering performance and all other staff in day to day running of aircraft catering operations.
Monitor Storekeepers performance ensuring airline, government and company documents is completed within laid down parameters.
Ensure company and airline stock and equipment is properly controlled and not abused.
Assist in the operation of catering schedules and catering deliveries.
Work in shift pattern when and where applicable.
Assist in allocation of staff leave and rosters.
Liaise with airline representatives, government officials to ensure their policies / procedures
Prepare new updated documentation necessary for the efficient operation of the catering.
Ensure the smooth function of Wash Up area and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
Preparation of administration works of the section.
Monitor and control time card/attendance/overtime of staff.
Monitor vehicle maintenance by delegating jobs to drivers and supervisors.
Any other duties directed by the Manager –Catering operations .
